New Revlon Mascara Dramatic Definition Review + Before and Afters

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog! This post is all about the new Revlon mascara.

About the product:
  • Smooth, flexible formula coats lashes for clump-free separation
  • Revlon Lash Separator Brush™
  • Tiered bristles for defining and separating every lash
  • Available in Blackest Black, Black, Blackened Brown, Waterproof Blackest Black

Available for $15 at Priceline for a limited time as an introductory rate. RRP: $21

I purchased this mascara yesterday and so far I have been very impressed. I bought the shade 251 "blackest black".

Please see my before and after photos below:

The wand:
The wand is great, easy to use and extremely flexible. It clumps a little but nothing over the top.

The formula:
The actual mascara itself is a nice deep black. It appears to be a very thin light formula so you will have to apply a few coats for a darker look. As the product is so thin you don't need to worry about much clumping or spider lashes.

The wear:
The mascara stays on reasonably well and lives up to its waterproof claim. It's easy enough to remove at the end of the day.

Ratings:
Colour 10/10
Pigment 7/10
Wear 7.5/10
Formula 8/10
Price  9/10

Overall
Overall this is a nice drugstore mascara. It's above average but its not the big next thing.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my review, I hope to see you in the next post! - Kate
