Ideas To Keep Cool This Summer

 Without Aircon

Keep hydrated! 
Keep a set of ice cubs handy in the freezer to add to your drink when it gets really hot.

 Use a hand held fan with a spray bottle (or in this case have one that combines the two!) I bought this one for $5 from Kmart.

 This is something I have been using to keep really cool. They are called Sipahh straws. Drink your milk with them and it will taste like flavoured milk!

 Turn that shower to cold!

Drink plenty of cool water. It is best to use a glass bottle over a plastic bottle.

If you have long hair pull it back.



Try listening to relaxing music. 



Chill at the shops.
