Summer Colour Pop Eyes Tutorial

 To achieve this look I used a Chi Chi Eye Shadow palette from target (The palette is in a shape of a phone haha).
Prime your eyes. 
Apply a gold shimmer over your lid.

 Bring a lighter gold up into your crease.

 Take a dark brown and outline the gold. Then blend it in.

 Take a shimmery blue shadow on an angle brush and sweep under your eye.

 Apply a liquid eyeliner over your top lash line, a pencil on your water line and apply mascara.

 Done!
